Vintage Embroidery Hoop Wood Oval Large 26” x 17.5” Craft Needlework Quilting.
There is a tightening screw to fasten the fabric into the hoop which bulges the hoop out a bit when fastened down. Not sure if this is part of the design. There is an inner clip or clamp of some sort that is a bit bent and is maybe missing a tightening screw. I think this fastens it to a base of some sort? The hoop itself is strong and tight and not warped.
I measured the inside of the hoop from edge to edge.
Some light marking on the outside hoop where some paint or stain got on the wood.
